What I did the week of 2-9-09
This week I accomplished plenty. I worked on many of the finepoints of Adobe Premier, but my biggest accomplishment of the week was compiling my very own video. I used videos, images, and sounds from the disc Premier provided, and imported them into the program. Once I had imported them safely, I placed video clips into the "storyboard." I chose the videos that made me laugh, and made the most sense for the theme of my video. Although my ultimate goal is to make a highlight video, and my video this week is by no means a highlight video, I did learn the basic concepts of using Adobe Premier to make a video. Once I had the video clips in place, I selected a song that added humor to my video. I also inserted transitions between the video clips to add a cool effect. I thought my video creation went very well, the only thing that didn't go well was when I was first experimenting with the transitions, I could not get them to work right away. But after a while, I figured it out and it was smooth sailing from there.

Congrats on the video. I have been having troubles with the transitions so maybe you will be able to help me out with that.
